It can be helpful for new clients to fill in the Registration Pack online; it negates the need to bring your paperwork with you to the meet and greet, and can be more comfortable for those who find form-filling challenging. You will need to sign in to a Google account to access the form. Please note, we do not receive notifications when the form is submitted.
